Hilton Docker mouldings have been established for over 30 years and offer a wealth of experience in fibreglass GRP moulding applications for most industries. We are small enough to care and large enough to cope and are committed to working closely with our customers to provide them with exactly what they want when they need it. We have our own in house pattern making facilities giving us the capability of working closely with the customer during the development stage of new products, ensuring that any changes can be made prior to the moulds being manufactured. Below are some examples of our work Royal Crest Manufactured in GRP and then hand painted, for display in court rooms Approximate size 650mm x 800mm Water Feature Display Unit Made in GRP for installation in a Coventry shopping centre. Our scope of work was to manufacture patterns and moulds and the unit in self colour GRP and to deliver and install on site. Approximate size 3500mm diameter x 1500mm tall. Display unit in position Trailer Air Deflector For Large Volume Production Trailer Front air deflector - construction of pattern in timber etc. Approximate size 3400mm x 2500mm The surface of the pattern is painted and then rubbed down for a gloss finish prior to the mould being made. The mould is made in GRP and reinforced with timber then left for 2 weeks to cure before being released and prepared for production.
